Richard and the team were there to take all the pressures away on the longest and hardest days of my life so far. Nothing was too hard and has been the most professional company I have ever dealt with. The way he took care of my Dad in the hours after he’d passed to the cremation was incredible. There was no pressure or real-time constraints on anything.
