Richard and the team were there to take all the pressures away on the longest and hardest days of my life so far. Nothing was too hard and has been the most professional company I have ever dealt with. The way he took care of my Dad in the hours after he’d passed to the cremation was incredible. There was no pressure or real-time constraints on anything. I always thought a funeral like this is one I’d want to forget, but thanks to these guys it was a day we could celebrate memories with no added pressure. Porthcawl Funeral Service. I would highly recommend Porthcawl funeral services. I had never lost anybody, before losing my husband. So honestly didn’t know where to start. I had all these ideas and no idea how to organise them. From the very first point of contact Richard (behind the scenes Sarah) was so polite and helpful. I requested things that they had not done, Richard found someone who could complete my request. The Minister Richard paired us with was perfect for us. The day was so professional, respectable, impeccable turned out, everyone and everything. I know finding a funeral service is the last thing you want to be doing but sometimes we have to. In that moment don’t hesitate to contact Richard/Sarah.

Richard, Sarah and all the staff at Porthcawl Funeral Services were absolutely amazing, caring and supportive. They were so helpful with us planning the funeral and took so much stress of us all.
